Curriculum Manager for A level Science, based in London, leading the development and delivery of outstanding, industry-relevant programmes that shape students\'' futures.As a Curriculum Manager, you will drive strategic objectives and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Science curriculum and services. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.Collaborate with staff across departments to implement innovative, inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues to thrive.Line manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.Design, plan, and deliver high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes.Maintain compliance with funding regulations and quality assurance processes.Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective, high-impact delivery.Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g., Ofsted), and quality reviews.Qualifications and Experience
Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.A commitment to inclusive and empowering learning environments.A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain) with experience in Science.About Us
