to lead the lead generation marketing function and accelerate growth. You’ll develop and execute a strategy that fuels the sales pipeline, raises brand awareness, and drives measurable results across multiple products and sectors. This is a permanent role, London based, paying £70,000.You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activity with business goals, and lead a small in-house team plus specialist agencies.What You’ll Do

Create and deliver a comprehensive growth marketing plan tied to commercial targetsOwn the full marketing funnel - from awareness to SQL - optimising conversion at each stageLead demand generation across digital, events, content, and partnershipsDevelop impactful sales enablement tools and collateralOversee digital channels including website, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), SEO and CRMManage a high-impact events strategy (webinars, trade shows, partner events)Track and optimise performance against clear KPIs and ROI metricsBuild, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing teamYOU

To be successful in this Head of Growth Marketing role you will have previous experience of transitioning a company from start-up through scale-up and beyond.Proven senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience with tangible commercial resultsPrevious product marketing experienceStrong grasp of marketing funnel optimisation, demand generation, and digital channelsSkilled in campaign performance tracking and data-driven decision-makingConfident communicator and relationship builder, gain trust and influence across functionsExceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, aligning marketing and sales teamsExperience delivering successful events, webinars, and content strategiesKnowledge of SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM and automation tools (WordPress, Active Campaign a plus)Passion for using technology and data to create social impactYou must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.If you can tick ALL the boxes, then please apply online NOW!NB: You must be eligible to work in the UKIf this role isn''t what you are looking for, don''t worry.
