We specialise in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry. The physical requirements for this role would be mild due to this being an office-based role. Job description: Development designer - their main duties and responsibilities include: Develop detailed 3D and 2D CAD models for POS displays, using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. Interpret creative briefs and convert conceptual designs into functional, production-ready solutions. Collaborate with account managers, creatives, suppliers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Create technical drawings, assembly guides, and BOMs (Bills of Materials) for prototyping and manufacturing. Ensure designs meet structural, safety, and brand guidelines. Prototype and test design solutions, making iterations as needed. Source appropriate materials and production methods based on design and budget constraints. Support onsite installations or builds when required. Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate production outputs and timelines.
