Vice President of Engineering

to lead its engineering organisation through the next phase of scale. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to structure, and evolve high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional software products.Reporting to the CTO, you''ll lead a growing engineering function of 50-100 people across multiple teams and disciplines. You''ll be responsible for defining and evolving the engineering strategy, improving delivery performance, and enabling a culture of autonomy, quality, and continuous improvement.Vice President of Engineering day-to-day:Own the engineering operating model; DORA) to measure and improve team performance.Influence architectural and platform decisions in line with the companys long-term strategy.Vice President of Engineering requirements:Proven ability to design, grow, and lead distributed engineering teams through scale-up stages.Strong understanding of engineering operations, team dynamics, and performance measurement.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing short-term delivery with long-term tech strategy.Bonus Points:Experience leading through org or platform transformation.Familiarity with flow-based delivery models and modern engineering best practices.
