Complex Care Support Worker – Esher (Day/Night Shifts)Coyle Homecare is recruiting experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to support adult clients with physical and learning disabilities in the Esher area. This is a day / night shift role with some weekend and bank holiday cover required.Requirements:- ESSENTIALExperience with epilepsy care and seizure managementConfident with hoists and manual handlingPhysically able to support adult wheelchair usersExperience with learning disabilities and feeding supportReliable, professional, and caringKey Duties:Personal care and mobility supportHoisting and wheelchair assistanceMonitoring and managing complex seizuresFeeding support and meal preparationPromoting independence and emotional well-beingAccurate record keepingIf you\''re passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and have experience in complex needs, we’d love to hear from you.
