Pay rate to £700 per dayContract role, Local Authority HousingPertemps is recruiting for an experienced Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety in Bristol.Responsibilities include:Managing Landlord Compliance Commissioning Teams and providing indirect matrix support for compliance delivery teams.Overseeing the Building Safety Team.Leading the Residential Safety Programme.Developing and implementing safety assurance and audit protocols.Driving Housing’s approach to health and safety, including policies, processes, and corporate responsibilities, in partnership with the Corporate HandS Team.Ensuring statutory duties related to property compliance are met, acting as the “Responsible Person” or “Duty Holder” under relevant legislation.Managing frameworks related to HandS and Compliance legislation, and acting as the main contact for regulators.Adopting a proactive, data-driven, customer-focused approach to landlord compliance, ensuring safety and efficiency, aligned with the Golden Thread of Building Safety.Collaborating with the Director of Property to develop long-term strategies for compliance and health and safety.Please contact us for more information.This is an agency post.
