An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their compliance team to support with a project. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team.

The role:

• Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
• Assisting with managing the DBS process from start to finish
• Inputting data accurately and efficiently
• Collating the information and ensure the internal process is adhered too
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems
• Update, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the system

The ideal candidate:

• Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
• Confident speaking both on the phone and in person
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working in a team
