With a reputation for reliability, safety, and quality, our client is expanding their operations and are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team based in Cwmgwili.In this vital, hands-on role, your primary objective will be to oversee the daily operations of our client''s site and lead the yard operatives team collaboratively. You will be responsible for ensuring all site plant and vehicles (including screeners, crushers, excavators, and our state-of-the-art wash plant) complete their daily checks, and for maintaining absolute adherence to all Health and Safety standards (including Risk Assessments and SSOW). Additionally, you will coordinate the yard team''s schedules, manage all on-site materials, and lead daily production meetings to ensure efficiency and correct handling.Responsibilities: Making essential decisions on materials.
