This dynamic and ambitious subcontractor operates across London and the Home Counties, covering a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, and Public. With the majority of their work within the Social Housing sector, they offer services such as externals, internals, and landscaping to cater to a diverse range of client needs. They are looking to build on their recent success with this excellent opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, working across the office, site, and home. You''ll work closely with the Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing existing contracts and supporting the acquisition of new contracts. Key responsibilities include pricing jobs, managing variations, take-offs, and ensuring all monthly payments are processed. You will also liaise with clients to ensure smooth operations and assist in resolving any issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will be a driven Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Social Housing sector, strong communication skills, and a background in tendering to support new business acquisition.
