The Role Lead technical operations, including design, RandD, test and validation. Set technical direction, ensure compliance and lead resolution of technical issues. Lead the full new product lifecycle from concept to certification and production readiness, including test and validation strategy. Define and deliver the engineering strategy, balancing current delivery with long-term capability and innovation. Build and lead a high-performing engineering team. Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Programme Management and Supply Chain to align engineering with business needs. Drive improvements and efficiencies across operations.
