They are currently looking for an Operations and Business Administrator to join them for 9 months on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of business functions as directed including HandS, GDPR, Finance, Systems and HR.Duties:Support the Business Director across operations, HR, HandS, finance, systems, and the move to the new buildingOversee daily office operations, reception, admin staff, contractors, and office resourcesLead and streamline administrative systems; delegate tasks across support staff teamsProvide confidential administrative and secretarial support to senior leadershipManage HR administration including staff absence, SCR updates, onboarding/offboarding, and general HR tasksOversee GDPR compliance, policies, training, audits, spot checks, and SAR/FOI requestsCoordinate Health and Safety processes including training, risk assessments, PEEPs, audits, first aid supplies, and DSE assessmentsUphold safeguarding, equality, confidentiality, and broader school policies; act as a first aiderRequirements:Available to start immediatelyExperience managing Health and safety, compliance and GDPR is essential for this role Office Angels is an employment agency and ..... full job details .....
