You ll oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality support, safe accommodation, and opportunities that help young people move towards independence.Key responsibilities:Manage, support and develop a small team of Support Workers and volunteersOversee case management, risk assessments and support plansDeliver direct support to young people, both one-to-one and in groupsWork collaboratively with local agencies and partners to achieve positive outcomesEnsure services meet safeguarding, safety and contractual standardsManage financial processes including rent and petty cashOversee property maintenance and ensure a safe environment for residents and staffPromote participation and client involvement in shaping servicesAbout YouYou ll be a proactive, organised and compassionate leader with a genuine desire to make a difference.
