We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a refurbishment and extension project in Worcester on a freelance basis.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role would suit a well-rounded Site Manager who is confident dealing with clients and has a strong track record of managing projects through the finishing stages.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience managing refurbishment and extension projects
• Ability to drive projects through to completion and manage finishing trades effectively
• Leisure centre experience is highly desirable
• Available to start at short notice

• Temporary Works Supervisor
• SMSTS
• Asbestos Awareness
• Fire Warden
• First Aid
