Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups to meet individual learning needsWorking closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventionsEncouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence among pupilsAssisting in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environmentHelping with record-keeping, monitoring pupil progress, and liaising with parents/carers when necessaryQualifications/Experience
