to join a local authority in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role covering 2nd/3rd line support, front-end administration, and leading annual billing processes.

Provide expert 2nd/3rd line support for NEC Revenues and BenefitsLead and coordinate annual billing testing and troubleshootingManage front-end administration and configuration of NEC systemsSupport upgrades, patches, and releases in collaboration with IT and vendorsWork closely with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge baseWhat we’re looking for:
Proven NEC Revenues and Benefits application support experience (essential)Strong front-end administration and 3rd-party hosted system knowledgeExperience with annual billing cycles (highly desirable)Previous work in local authorities or public sector environments (desirable)Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skillsEligible to pass a DBS checkInterested?
