Team Leader - Operational Control Room

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Team Leader to join our dynamic Staffordshire Account. This role will be carried out onsite in Stafford. This position offers a competitive salary, dependant on experience. The standard weekly hours are 37.5, Monday - Friday. What You''ll Do: Maintain high technical standards and oversee project briefings Ensure team and public safety in compliance with health and safety legislation Monitor resource utilisation and conduct cost-value analyses Liaise with various stakeholders, manage records, and complete necessary paperwork Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and manage resources efficiently Develop and manage emergency standby and winter rotas Organise road space bookings, order necessary materials, and conduct performance reviews Why Join Us?
