Daily Supply - -100 per day

A well-regarded secondary school in the Ealing/Hounslow area is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team on a daily supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain school-based experience or those considering a future in teaching.

This flexible role involves supervising lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes in the absence of teaching staff

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment

• Provide support to students where needed and answer general questions about the lesson content

• Ensure students stay on task and complete the work set

• Report back to teaching staff regarding progress and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Confidence, initiative, and the ability to think on your feet

• A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress

Details:

• Location: West London

• Pay: -100 per day

• Contract: Daily supply, flexible work available Monday-Friday

• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
