About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you''ll support the Senior Sous and Head Chef in overseeing daily operations, maintaining exceptional standards, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the food offering. From vibrant brunches to afternoon tea, all-day dining to bespoke private events, you''ll help shape a dynamic and trend-forward menu that delights guests and drives business success.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Sous and Head Chef on menu development and kitchen leadershipMentor and lead a passionate brigade of chefs, fostering a positive and productive working environmentAssist in managing kitchen costs, labour efficiency, stock control and overall profitabilityEnsure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentationMaintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsBring creativity and innovation, particularly in brunch, casual fine dining, and events cateringIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience in a Junior Sous Chef role, or strong and consistent Senior Chef de Partie role within a premium restaurant, or high-end hospitality settingDemonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong focus on team developmentUnderstanding of financial controls, stock management, and rotasCalm under pressure with a passion for quality and consistency
