Childcare and Family Law Head of Department , Southampton The role is for a Head of Department leading a small team and handling a mixed caseload of public law children, care proceedings, private children matters, and wider family law issues such as divorce, domestic abuse, and financial remedies. You will have upwards of 3 years PQE and be open to both publicly and privately funded matters. You should possess strong advocacy skills and experience handling complex, sensitive matters, often involving children and vulnerable parties.
