We are looking for a Sous Chef to support our head chef Vee and her brilliant kitchen team at The Sherborne Arms, in Northleach. 20 minutes from Cirencester, 20 minutes from Cheltenham, 30 from Gloucester and 35 from Swindon.The Sherb does not serve breakfast so no breakfast shifts, 2 full days and 2 half days off per week.A Sous Chef who is keen to get stuck into anything and work well in a small family style team. Good classic nose to tail, classic British pub style food, plenty of game and offal and very little ''mucking around''..!We (Pete and Tom) also have The Bell Inn, Langford and The Lamb Inn, Shipton-under-Wychwood, The Fox, Broadwell, The Tivoli, Cheltenham and recently added The Hawthorn in Shepherd''s Bush which have been really successful with great reviews and awards, including GQ best pub of the year 2022, Times best pub of the year 2022 and a Michelin Bib Gourmand at The Bell which we have held for the last five years. We are equally (if not more) happy to say we have built teams both FOH and BOH at both sites that have now been with us a long time.Northleach has good public transport links to Cheltenham and Oxford.Live in can be discussed for this position.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £40,800.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionDiscounted or free foodEmployee discount
