Are you an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator looking to work on high-quality, safety-critical components within a stable and supportive environment?

We''re recruiting for a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established, family-run manufacturing business in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of bespoke seating products for the automotive sector, where precision and craftsmanship are key.

What you''ll be doing:

• Fabricating and welding a range of seating products and accessories
• Working primarily with tubular steel to produce high-quality assemblies
• Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
• Operating a variety of workshop machinery including saws, press brakes, tube benders, and drill presses
• Carrying out in-process quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
• Assisting with general maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

What we''re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in MIG welding
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience within fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment
• City & Guilds Level 2 in Welding & Fabrication or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
