Our client is one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland, working hard to provide suitable homes for tenants and actively increasing their stock across the province.Your new role You will assist the Planned Maintenance Manager to deliver the Planned Maintenance Programme of electrical and mechanical upgrades and replacements.
