Service Charge AccountantOA are recruiting for a Service Charge Accountant to join our client s dynamic and growing team.We''re looking for a Service Charge Accountant who can respond to daily challenges with a friendly, solutions-focused approach, support clients and Property Managers, adapt to evolving systems, and contribute to continuous improvement through ongoing training.Location: BorehamwoodHours: Monday Friday. 9am-5:30pm.Salary: £30,000-£40,000 depending on experienceService Charge Accountant Manager Benefits 20 days annual leave per annum plus Bank HolidaysCar Salary Sacrifice schemeOne month sabbatical after 10 years serviceStar of the weekEmployee of the month Service Charge Accountant Key Responsibilities Manage Clients accounts with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service.Handle customer queries via phone and in writing, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.Oversee the onboarding process for new properties, taking ownership from start to finish.Perform and review timely bank reconciliations.Issue monthly or quarterly income and expenditure statements to clients.Manage the daily banking routine and undertake ad-hoc finance/admin tasks as required.Prepare and issue Service Charge, Ground Rent, Insurance, and Rent demands.Prepare Service Charge year-end or quarterly-end accounts, reviewing them with Property Managers and preparing them up to trial balance for external accountants.Liaise regularly with Property Managers and run ..... full job details .....
