Electrical Multi-skilled Team LeaderVenn Group is working with a leading University in London to recruit an Engineering Team Lead to provide an excellent maintenance service to their students, staff and visitors.Salary: Salary: £45,101, Team Leader Allowance: £2,421.05 p.a.Location:LondonThesuccessfulcandidatewill:Lead and coordinate engineering and shift teams to deliver electrical maintenance across all campuses.Maintain and operate electrical systems including isolations, distribution, lighting, and fire detection.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and QMUL procedures during subcontractor works.Support documentation updates (SOPs, EOPs, asset registers) and contribute to strategic planning.Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and promote resilience through scenario training and technical assessments.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhave:City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations/Maintenance or a fully completed Electrical Apprenticeship (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing Qualification or equivalent.BS7671 17th Edition Certification.Hot and Cold Water System (L8) Certification.Proven record of management and development experience and/or enhanced management qualification in a customer-focused or complex organisation.Demonstrated continuing professional development to maintain professional recognition.
