Description

• Manage credit control processes for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Monitor and chase overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries.
• Maintain accurate records of credit control activities in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address account discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and account statuses.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as required within the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful Spanish Credit Controller should have:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in credit control or a related Accounting & Finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
