You will manage a dedicated team of approximately, promoting a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring that the people we support are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives. Key Responsibilities of a Registered ManagerEnsure the home meets all CQC regulatory and legislative requirements.Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team to deliver person-centred care.Promote a culture of safeguarding, respect, and dignity across the service.Monitor and review service provision to maintain and exceed quality standards.Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial and operational targets are met.Maintain compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and reporting systems.Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
