To support this trajectory, they are seeking an accomplished Head of Quality to strengthen their senior leadership team and drive best-in-class quality performance across the business.The RoleReporting directly to the COO, the Head of Quality will lead the full Quality function across the organisation. This includes ownership of the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 standards.You will oversee quality control across the entire manufacturing value stream, including testing, validation, product and process compliance, and adherence to customer-specific requirements.This is a key leadership role, managing a multi-disciplinary quality team consisting of a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineers, Quality Engineers, Laboratory Technicians, and on-site Inspection teams.The PersonYou will be an experienced Quality Leader from a complex engineering or advanced manufacturing environment (e.g., Aerospace, Defence, Automotive).
