As a Field Sales Representative, you''ll play a vital role in bringing the brand to life in the field and driving tangible commercial results.

• As the Field Sales Representative, you will take full ownership of the Glasgow territory, building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to maximise sales and product availability.
• Work closely with wholesale partners to activate promotions, drive compliance, and improve brand presence across key locations.
• Ensure brand visibility and execution at the point of sale, including placement of POS materials, merchandising, and planogram adherence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities where wholesale routes are limited, ensuring product reach and market coverage with retail partners.
• As a proactive Field Sales Representative, you''ll track territory performance, gather market insights, and provide valuable feedback to the wider commercial team.

• Proven field sales experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of territory management, wholesale partnerships, and retail execution.
