Based out of our Manchester office with flexible hybrid working, this permanent position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact SAP transformation projects for a range of exciting clients.As an SAP Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end SAP project delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of SAP solutions that align with business goals.ResponsibilitiesLead SAP implementation and transformation projects across various industries, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.Oversee key project milestones, including system configurations, testing, and go-live activities.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.Manage project resources, ensuring optimal team performance and delivery.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and Valcon’s high standards of delivery.Experience

Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager in a consultancy or technology environmentStrong background in delivering end-to-end SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA, ECC, or other SAP modulesSolid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and frameworksExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationshipsExperience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.A proactive approach, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a bonus.
