Who You Are:

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding, with a genuine love for working with young people.
• Experience or interest in Autism and SEMH is highly valued (training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible, proactive, and keen to learn new strategies and approaches.
