Kent My client who is a strong medium sized residential developer are looking to expand their team with the addition of a strong Site or Senior Site Manager for a residential project in Kent.The scheme consists of traditional built houses and apartments with a split of affordable and privately owned homes and will run over the next 2.5/3 years.The ideal candidates must have experience with a small/medium sized developer working on traditional built schemes from inception to completion in excess of 200 units+.In return the company can offer a competitive salary, with benefits and a good package with the opportunity to progress within the company.
