The role is responsible for delivering advanced 3rd line technical support, managing complex infrastructure issues, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of critical ICT systemsThis is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be on site at our Liverpool office 2 days per week, as well as travel to various customer sites in the area on an ad-hoc basis.
