Have you worked with a varied Accounts role that includes Sales Ledger processing, Contract Management, Timesheets, Expenses and balancing ledgers?

We are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing business on the East Coast who need additional support within their Finance Team.

What the Accounts Administrator job involves

• Creating and sending complex sales invoices to clients
• Ordering PPE and equipment for each project and charging back to the end client
• Checking contractor timesheets, expenses are correct and creating invoices to charge back to the client
• Agreeing contractor hours with the client to be worked and checking this is accurate
• Supporting a variety of different projects at any one time
• Supporting the wider finance team with any other accounts support

Skills required

• Previous Accounts experience from within a Sales Ledger / Accounts Payable / General Accounts position
• Self-managed and able to work in a busy finance team
• A good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous use of Sage or similar accountancy packages
