We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Quality Manager to join our Specialist Bridges Inspection and Maintenance (SBIM) contract in Bristol, working on the iconic Severn, Prince of Wales and Avonmouth Bridges. The SBIM contract is to deliver the inspection and maintenance programme along with scheme on behalf of National Highways. This is a great opportunity to be part of delivering complex projects in the specialist structures industry. As Quality Manager on the SBIM contract, you will ensure strong quality systems are in place to support performance. Your role includes developing and monitoring the Quality Plan, leading audit processes for continuous improvement, and overseeing audits. You''ll manage a team to foster engagement in reporting and drive a collaborative approach to improving quality. Acting as the main contact for all client quality matters, you will maintain clear communication and ensure high standards throughout project delivery.
