Ensuring that member care plans are detailed, robust, up to date, person-centred, and maintained in conjunction with members, relatives and other healthcare professionals, in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.Assessing social and health care needs of new members and maintaining ongoing assessment and reviews of all other members.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring each member has an individualised person-centred care plan in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.Administering prescribed medicines and maintaining the appropriate records in line with the company’s procedures and NMC guidelines.Supervising and mentoring new staff members and providing guidance where appropriate.Ensuring the security of the home is maintained at all times.Carrying out any other tasks reasonably assigned to you.Requirements

This role requires an active nurse pin with the NMC.Eligibility

Working variable hours (on a rota basis) to suit business needs, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking and quick to learn, with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and a positive work ethic are important, as well as good physical stamina and mobility.
