Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

If you are looking to manage a diverse caseload and make a real impact in a supportive, professional environment, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.What You’ll Do:Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finishDraft and review contract packs, prepare enquiries, and respond to searches and client reportsProvide expert advice on mortgage offers, re-mortgages, and transfers of equityHandle auction packs and manage auction purchases efficientlyEnsure full compliance with AML, KYC/CDD, and all regulatory requirementsManage the full conveyancing process, including post-completion workWork on new build purchases, shared ownership transactions, and Help to Buy schemesFoster strong relationships with clients and external partners, delivering an exceptional servicePreferred Experience:Experience with new build purchases and Help to Buy redemptionsFamiliarity with Help to Buy ISAs and LISAsProven ability to manage a high-volume, varied caseloadWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (though we’re open to the right candidate)A strong understanding of property law and conveyancing proceduresAbility to work independently and efficiently while providing excellent client careExceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environmentWhy Join Us?This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking professional growth in a supportive environment.
