GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-known, family run business in Tewkesbury. We are currently supporting their recruitment for a Field Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (including travel time) with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with an unlimited commission potential

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to join a well-established organisation, working within the community to promote and expand local doorstep delivery services. You will be responsible for direct customer engagement, driving brand awareness, and generating new business in a field-based capacity.

Previous sales or canvassing experience is advantageous.

Field Sales Executive main duties:

• Promote doorstep delivery services directly to potential customers through community-based canvassing.
• Represent the brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as a company ambassador at all times.
• Confidently engage with new people, explain product offerings, and handle objections with a positive and informed approach.
• Capture and relay new customer details to the internal processing team accurately and efficiently.
• Work towards weekly targets with the potential for unlimited commission earnings.
• Travel to and from designated locations using a company pool vehicle.

Field Sales Executive desired skills and experience:

• Previous sales or canvassing experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Successful applicants must be able to pass a DBS check (company-supported).
