My client in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Administrator (CIPD Level 3 Preferred). Hours: Part-time 25 hours per week (5 hours a day) office based Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to contribute meaningfully within a supportive and professional environment.The RoleAs HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and confidential administrative support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and in line with current employment legislation and best practice.Key Responsibilities Supporting recruitment and onboarding processesPreparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentationMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsAssisting with payroll administration and benefits coordinationMonitoring absence, holidays, and HR compliance requirementsSupporting employee relations processes as requiredActing as a first point of contact for HR queries About You Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or currently working towards it)Previous experience in an HR administrative roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsBased locally and able to work ..... full job details .....
