Salary: -40,000 - -50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Car Allowance

Job Summary:
We are recruiting for two Occupational Therapists with Sensory Integration (SI) training to join multidisciplinary teams based in Kettering and Wolverhampton. These roles involve delivering specialist assessment and interventions for individuals with sensory processing needs, promoting independence and enhancing participation in everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out comprehensive OT assessments using standardised tools and SI-based frameworks

Design and deliver tailored intervention plans with measurable outcomes

Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using sensory integration techniques

Work closely with families, carers, educators, and MDT colleagues

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Attend and contribute to case discussions and service development initiatives

Participate in audits, supervision, and continuous professional development activities

Essential Requirements:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Sensory Integration qualification (e.g. SI Module 3 or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification experience

Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills

UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:
Experience in paediatrics, community, autism, or learning disability settings
