The European City Leadership Initiative (ECLI) is a pioneering programme to help mayors and their teams across the continent strengthen leadership skills, drive public sector innovation, and tackle complex urban challenges to deliver tangible results for residents in new ways. The programme is embarking on a four-year pilot initiative with opportunity for long-term expansion. The Project Manager for City Teams is a crucial role in the delivery of training provided to future leaders working in city government as part of the European City Leadership Initiative.
