Are you an experienced Paediatric Nurse with a passion for complex paediatric care? Our client is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join their team in the Kent area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children with complex care needs.

This Paediatric Clinical Lead role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per year. It provides the flexibility of a hybrid role with standard Monday to Friday, 9-5 hours, and all mileage expensed at 45p/mile.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the implementation and management of complex care packages.

Conducting new client assessments and leading team meetings.

Performing medication and clinical audits for compliance.

Providing clinical supervision and competency sign-off for nurses.

Liaising with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.

Offering standard and emergency support to regional care functions.

Supporting service delivery in line with person-centred care plans.

Ensuring care staff are trained in personal care and specialist equipment use.

Package And Benefits

Annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000.

Hybrid working model.

Mileage expensed at 45p/mile.

Standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9-5.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) or Midwife with valid NMC registration.

Experience in complex care, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal and brain injuries.

Community experience working with both paediatrics and adults.
