Mission: As a FENDI Ambassador you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients.

Main Role and Responsibilities

Sales Performance

Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories;

Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs by Department Manager / Store Manager;

Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.

Client Management

Strengthen customer relations and nurture the loyal FENDI customer base, including using CRM tools provided;

Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines;

Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering professional and personalized service.

Store Operations

Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management;

Operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer data input.

Stock Management

Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to company guidelines;

Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.

Store Maintenance

Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines; ensure a safe and clean store environment and perform daily housekeeping;

Other duties within your capacity as reasonably required by the Company.

Profile / Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales. Experience in Ladies'' RTW is essential. Strong styling skills are advantageous;

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred;

Maintains a high standard of personal image;

Strong selling and communication skills;

Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient;

Organizational professionalism, self-confidence;

Strong customer service skills; computer skills and Retail management system knowledge;

Goal oriented, multitasking ability;

Strong knowledge or interest in fashion/luxury industry;

Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
