The position is suitable for a 1–3 year PQE Associate.Sitting within a broader finance practice but specialising in structured finance, the role involves work on complex and high-value financings for an established client base.The work may include:Loan portfolio sales and securitisationsMortgage-backed securities transactionsBond programmesWarehouse financingsYou will receive industry-leading training and partner contact within a highly praised practice, which boasts leading lawyers globally.
