Reporting into the managing director you will be accountable for a team of HR professionals and will be office based 5 days per week. The Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to drive the strategic and operational delivery of the HR function within the business. There will be a high degree of culture change/management, organisational development and business as usual HR tasks. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following; Act as a senior HR representative within the executive team to ensure the implementation and delivery of the HR agenda. Manage the development and delivery of culture programmes within the organisation ensuring that talent management, company policies and practices are maintained. Management of the HR team ensuring that the HR team is strongly embedded into the widder organisation. Provide business partnering advice to all levels of the corporate structure ensuring policy adherence and good practice.
