Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on all People matters. Own and develop the organisation s People strategy and lead key initiatives across recruitment, performance, engagement, and employee relations. Be the culture ambassador, embedding values across the business and creating a progressive, inclusive working environment. Lead the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, appraisals, training and development, and succession planning. Design and implement people policies and procedures in line with best practice and legal compliance. Develop a performance management framework and drive talent development conversations across the business. Analyse and present People data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
