This is a full-time position offering immediate start and a chance to make a real impact in the classroom. You ll be working closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of pupils, helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.This role will include a mix of general classroom support, small group work, and some 1:1 intervention where needed. Experience within primary education is ideal, but we are equally open to hearing from adaptable, enthusiastic individuals from childcare or youth work backgrounds.Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to pupils across a range of abilities.Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management.Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups as directed.Help maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.Foster a nurturing and safe learning space where every child feels valued.
