Whether your experience is maintenance of ships, cars, tanks, lifts, generators, or similar mechanical industries, your practical mechanical experience is key.What are we looking for?

Minimum 1 year\''s experience managing and coordinating operatorsSkilled in diagnosing mechanical issues through systematic troubleshooting techniquesProficient in taking apart machinery to understand its components and functionality, and reassembling it correctly to ensure optimal operationA keen eye for detail to identify faults or inefficiencies and ensure precision during assembly/disassemblyA commitment to ongoing improvement, including suggesting modifications to machinery or processes to enhance efficiency, safety, or performanceAbility to work effectively in teams, sharing insights and collaborating to implement improvements and resolve mechanical issuesKey responsibilities

Lead first-line maintenance of several production machines, including operational decisions to achieve targetsIdentify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machineryBe accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipmentUse diagnostic tools and methods to identify root causes of problemsCoordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targetsAssist operators with daily production tasks to ensure line targets are metWhat can you expect from Mars?
