Private Credit - Fund Controller Our client is looking to recruit a well-experienced Fund Controller to manage a new fund. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fund Controller to oversee the financial operations, reporting and control environment for a portfolio of open-ended private credit and private equity funds. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, with a strong background in fund structures and investment operations. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; a Qualified Accountant, or equivalent qualification Demonstrated experience with open-ended fund structures A solid understanding of private credit (e.g. direct lending, distressed debt, asset-based finance) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex fund structures and intracompany flows Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills The role offers a highly competitive basic salary, plus bonus and benefits.
