Profile:
We are supporting an Industry leader of energy solutions with their recruitment of a Sales Administrator to assist in managing customer accounts and processing sales orders.

Main Duties of the Sales Administrator:

  • Work closely with the sales team to file key documents and communicate relevant updates efficiently.
  • Ensure sales and rental-related equipment or material records are accurate and complete.
  • Run reports from the ERP system to monitor open sales orders and cross-check delivery timelines with the factory.
  • Analyse factory production reports to confirm products are on track for timely delivery.
  • Regularly inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues impacting delivery schedules.
  • Store and organise financial and non-financial data electronically, and present reports as required.


Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

  • Demonstrate strong organisational abilities with a focus on efficiency and prioritisation.
  • Maintain a dependable, professional approach when interacting with both customers and colleagues.
  • Possess solid IT skills with experience in business software; familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous (but not essential as full training will be provided).
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Exhibit decisiveness, creativity, and resourcefulness, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments by taking initiative and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Collaborate effectively as a supportive and adaptable team member.
