Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners is essential to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and stay ahead of industry trends, delivering exceptional service and market differentiation.Identify, assess, and manage risks related to delegated underwriting, implementing controls to mitigate issues.# Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, legal, and other departments to ensure cohesive governance and effective communication.# Maintain policies and procedures for delegated underwriting, reflecting industry best practices and regulatory updates.# Identify training needs, providing guidance to enhance team skills and career growth.# Set objectives and performance standards, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.# Ensure adequate resourcing and workload management for the team.# Coordinate with the Outsourcing Delivery team to ensure effective management of outsourced partners within the governance framework.
